I had nextgen nails done before Christmas and removed in January both at Image nails and beauty .
At the first appointment I had Rose she seemed to do a perfect job and from far away the nails looked great . The nails did last for weeks which was a plus but on closer inspection after the appointment there were patches on the nail where the nail was still rough and just looked like a bit of a rushed job . The skin around my nails had also been knicked a few times by the electric file and was bleeding so I wasnât too happy about this especially as there didnât seem to be any evidence of sterilisation between customers .
When I returned to get my nails removed I was kept waiting for half an hour for my allotment . No one said anything too me or apologised . My nextgen nails were removed by the electric file and hastily painted over with a clear varnish . On going back home I removed the varnish and was dismayed that not only were my nails paper thin there were nicks and chunks taken out of my nails . Honestly such a careless job!!! My nails are still recovering now almost 3 months on and itâs safe to say I will never be getting them again !
Not worth it for the damage inflicted on my nails by the staff here !

Staff were lovely and shauna did a great job. Was a bit surprised that it was done in the middle of the shop but there are no issues!
