Third visit and staff do not recognise me yet. No warm welcome on arrival or offer of drink. No engaging conversation. Although cannot fault actual nails, just need to work on service that comes with it.

Fantastic as always.
Not had one bad experience in the many years I have been going to Image. The girls look after me well and my nails always look incredible!
I recommend going for something a little different, Rose and her team are highly skilled in creating beautiful nail art :)
