Rude owner, nails were too thick and looked like they’d been plonked on. Unsanitary tools and cold room. On top of that (and complaining) I was still charged the full amount. For an owner of a salon you’d think they’d be nicer to their PAYING customers. Disgusting literally avoid at all costs
