1 nail broke after a couple of days another 1 a couple of days later - I went back when i could get there (7days) and was charged £4 each nail... they were a different colour & slanted in shape. When I’ve had a nail repair before it was £3 (a full set is £25 so how is one nail £4?) I was told if i had rang & booked in when they broke i wouldn’t have to pay. Not nice being accused of lying when I was stood being honest.

Shawna completed all of my treatments - she was amazing. Took her time and made sure I was happy with everything. Parking is a bit of a faff but experience at the salon was wonderful - will definitely go back.
