I got a different girl doing the treatment to the one promised, she wasn’t the most experienced and it took far too much off the length so had to do it again so both eyebrows were shorter and thinner than anticipated or wanted. She was a bit rough too and bruising above both eyebrows were evident for a few days after.
Rose has a great salon so it’s the therapist at fault for the disappointment rather than Rose or the salon itself. Next time I’ll be more insistent that I have who I booked, that way I’ll be happier with the experience and results!!
