The salon had double booked which meant I was there for nearly 2 hours and worked on by 2 different girls. Not good enough really, I see overlapping appointments a lot, very unprofessional

Finally have new Nexgen colours, unfortunately the colour I chose looked totally different on to what was in the pot. Not a massive deal but when I got home my nails looked pretty rough, had to file edges myself and nails didn't feel smooth. Need to sort this out girls as there is lots of good competition around and I probably won't return as it's happened too many times, couldn't even be bothered to come back and have them fixed which says a lot
