I had a great pedicure at Image. The way the salon is run however is terrible...the lady in charge has an awful attitude. The second we walked in she started barking about not accepting liability for smudged nails...we explained that we had sandals in our bags. I was seen 30mins late with no explanation. My mum left after me and despite having pre-paid, the manager shouted at her for leaving without paying...what she meant was that there was ÂŁ6 balance to pay for the gel upgrade. Will not return
