I got NextGen nails, they are good. But not the best Iâve had, some are different lengths and some are chunkier than others, so werenât buffed down properly. Another member of staff had to come and do a part of the filing, making me think staff werenât properly trained. I donât mind my nails being done by junior staff but I think customers should be charged a lower price as they are being tested on. I had also originally booked in with Rose who I have had before and liked, so you didnât make me aware I was going to be with a junior member of staff instead, just please communicate with customers more please. Other than that, nails are okay.
The ambience of the place is very nice though, the staff offer you a drink and are very friendly! Just please communicate more regarding trainees as I wouldâve rather had someone more experienced.
