Normally I would give this place five stars for everything but on this occasion I didn’t have a good experienced. The technician used the file in a direction that cut the skin around my nails, when snipping the skin at the base it caused a significant bleed and is now infected. The split nail tip was asked to be replaced as gel was going to be applied on top on a new set of nails. While the end product was nice the process was long and at times physically painful. Not a pleasant experience.
