Lovely team, I've been several times and always had a good experience, I had booked an appointment for myself and daughter, due to unforseen circumstances had to cancel her appointment, I telephoned to cancel well in advance, however when I tried to get a refund online, treatwell(booking system) said I couldn't get a refund, Shawna one of the therapist intervened on my behalf and was able to get my refund.

I've been going here for a few years now, Chloe is exceptionally good and my gel nails and toes always last so long and have such a smooth perfect finish when she does them.
It's a lovely salon where the girls will either happily talk away to you, or alternatively leave you to stare at your phone if not in a talkative mood
