Lovely team, I've been several times and always had a good experience, I had booked an appointment for myself and daughter, due to unforseen circumstances had to cancel her appointment, I telephoned to cancel well in advance, however when I tried to get a refund online, treatwell(booking system) said I couldn't get a refund, Shawna one of the therapist intervened on my behalf and was able to get my refund.
