I always have Shawna who delivers on every level every time and has done for years, and so I was a bit apprehensive when I learnt she was off duty. However, I was already late for a restaurant booking and Emma kindly made every effort to accommodate me and get me out quickly, demonstrating unrelenting decorum and an exceptional level of professionalism despite the speed! And still my french polish was faultless. Thank you Emma!! Compliments about my nails keep coming!!
