Booked for BIAB infills they charged extra for a soak off even though they only filed my nails. £50 I was charged, a complete rip off and it wasn’t even a good job

I live in Irlam and I travel a fair bit to get my nails done at Image - they are that good! Would never go anywhere else. Everyone is so lovely, professional and crazy talented. Shawna made my dream Halloween nails come to life and they are incredible - can’t stop staring at them! Thanks again

My manicure was good but the atmosphere in the salon was icy, I got the impression that my therapist did not want to be there. I felt uncomfortable the entire time.
