I cannot recommend Shawna enough, Brazilian's are notoriously painful but it was as close to pain-free as I could have hoped for. She made a real effort to put me at ease and comfortable. I won't go anywhere else for future waxing! Thank you so much x

Overall please, my nails were on a thicker side which I didn't noticed by the end of my appointment. Not a big deal and next time would ask to shape them down a bit better

I have had 3 pedicures at Image now, and they all were all lacking. I have been cut on and bled for days, another time the pedicure was not thorough and I was left with dry skin that I had to remove myself at home. I would not recommend
