I’ve been a repeat customer since Jan, and the overall treatment was good. However, I’m disappointed by the salon’s policy & practices- I once got the wrong appointment time (so was 15 mins late) and was told that no refund (£42) or reschedule was possible (nobody called me!). Having had the acrylics removed elsewhere, my nails are also very damaged which I’ve been told is due to their drill technique. It’s a shame as I’d liked this place, but unfortunately don’t think I’d go back after this.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails! The girls are amazing and the salon is very clean. The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming but also very professional. My nails are always perfect.
