Lady who greeted on arrival was very rude regarding one of the appointments cancelling due to illness and generally had a bad attitude. Advised we should have rang to cancel a 9am appointment as she was there since 8.15 but the shop opens at 9am so i wasn’t to know. Added additional costs to the treatment at the end but have had this treatment before and never been asked to pay more. Lady who carried out the treatment was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job!!

Will always come back to Image as the service is fantastic and all the nail techs are very experienced.
Tkia has done my nails so many times now and each time I’m amazed at her skills! I always leave chuffed to absolute bits with how my nails look :) thank you!!
