I booked this appointment on the day and when I arrived at the salon, I had to sit for 45 minutes as they hadn't checked Treatwell so they were unaware of the appointment. Granted, I was given a cup of coffee however its disappointing that Ihad to wait for so long despite paying a lot for the service.
