Jason was great but was passed to another stylist for wash, cut and blow dry.
She splashed water in my face during the wash and brushed my hair while wet with shampoo in. I asked for the bare minimum cut but have had a good two inches off - wasn’t shown the amount before cutting.
I asked for a bouncy blow dry which the stylist could not do so said she would do with straighteners- she then started to curl my hair which I said I did not want. Disappointed with final result but t section was good
