Salon wasn’t even open when my (another customer) appointment was due to start. Someone arrived 10mins late but not my stylist. Staff weren’t particularly apologetic. Didn’t offer any compensation for situation. Salon was dirty. Various different peoples hair on the floor from the previous day. Cut was okay but didn’t feel like wash/condition was given much attention. Hair felt like straw afterwards whereas at other salons it’s felt luxuriously soft for days later - and cost half the price!
