Don’t get me wrong I love how my hair looks now but it was just a simple cut. I didn’t feel overly welcomed I sat down on a chair which I had to clean first… and wasn’t even offered a refreshment although others were.

Really disappointing experience. Appointment felt very rushed. A lot more length of my hair was taken off than discussed, possibly due to the rushed conversation before the hair cut. I felt like they didn’t want me to be there. Negative atmosphere.
