I never thought I'd describe a bikini wax as a lovely experience but it was! I arrived in the pouring rain and the woman greeted me with a smile and a cup of tea.
The room was clean, had relaxing music and had nice soft towels. They use hot wax which makes such a difference! So much less painful than you expect. She talks to you throughout and gets you to breath and distract you so it hardly hurts at all.
Overall top quality service, lovely staff and good ambience. Highly recommend.
Also for anyone coming from Streatham just hop on a 57 or 333 and it's dead easy.

Neither here nor there about this place. The aveda products and proper filter coffee was lovely. However, there was a dog running around, who belonged to the staff member doing my hair and she seemed more interested in the dog than doing a great cut and styling.
The place is very expensive too, can find cheaper on treatwell so won't be going back.
You get no loyalty incentive when paying, no miniature free products, the hair washing station was uncomfortable and cramped.

Beautician is absolutely lovely. Great to chat with and very good. The waxing was one of the best I've ever had and I've been going for waxing for about 4/5 years. Location is easy to find, clean and lovely ambience. I think it's a little on the expensive side at £30 for an off-peak wax but the lack of pain, great conversation and location makes up for it. I will definitely be going back and have recommended to my girlfriends.
