Disappointed that there was a sign outside for the same stylist for £20 blow dry. Also I left with sticky hair and curls have already dropped.

I felt v relaxed and taken care of, I thought they took pride in providing a good service :-) I would have preferred to discuss my hair colour in more detail though.
