Couldn’t be happier with my hair cut and blow dry! Lovely staff and salon

My hairdresser was an hour late starting my appointment. I had been called to advise a half hour wait. When I arrived at the salon I was ignored and after 15 minutes my hairdresser came over and advised she’d be another 10 minutes. This was not a good start to the supposedly luxurious feel of a salon.
I explained what I’d like done and the hairdresser was lovely, we chatted as normal and she put my foils on. It all felt rushed however. When she left the foils to set, I was left with the foils over my face and not asked if I was comfortable.
The hairdresser came back (quite quickly) and washed my hair then gave me a rough dry (she asked if I wanted to upgrade and pay, considering the hour wait I would have assumed this was complimentary).
I left the salon feeling ripped off.
When arriving home and looking at my hair I barely noticed a difference. The blonde highlights I had asked for were barely existent, another example of how rushed the experience felt. I believe my hairdresser took the foils out too soon.
I feel ripped off for spending nearly £70 for highlights that are not visible and a terrible service.
I will not be returning and would like a refund

Friendly team, nice haircut. I might not go back because it took an hour and I get bored easily, but appreciate others probably like that experience and the attention to detail :)
