My second visit to the Image London. The appointment was on the time and I enjoyed my relaxing eyelashes treatment in a quiet room at the back of the salon. Patricia is lovely and chatty and she made sure to achieve the result I asked for . Good value and I will definitely come back soon .

For a last minute appointment it was good value for money, but I wasn’t overly happy with the attention to detail as I still had hair left in places despite asking for a Hollywood.

Fantastic service as usual, I have never had a bad experience here. Dara knew exactly what i wanted and gave tips/advice on how to make it better. Cannot fault it at all!

I was in a rush so the waxologist kindly worked as quick as possible. Unfortunately the job at the time looked fine but subsequently I can still see many hairs. This could be due to the rush or the fact she uses the roll-on wax, which I don't think is as good. The hot wax on the bikini was much more effective. The ambience and friendliness was very nice.
