Usually come here for a Hollywood which is normally really good. There were hair still present, would recommend to double check before leaving the salon! Otherwise they’re fab!

Positives-The salon was clean and the receptionist was friendly.
Negatives- The wax was over in a matter of minutes (so intimate areas which should normally be covered in a proper 30 minute wax was definitely missed). Also it is less than one week since my wax and there is already hair growth. I normally have a Hollywood every 6 weeks so growth after not even a full week is not good. Definitely would not recommend anyone go there for a Hollywood wax.

l had a very relaxed bikini wax at Image London. The lady was very thorough and chatted to me throughout which took the pain away! It's lasted more than 2 weeks already so really happy with it and the service and cleanliness was excellent too.
