Image seemed like a really lovely salon (I'd never been before); it was very clean and tidy. I was also offered a drink and magazines to read. The pedicure was done in a private room - I was sat up on a massage table. It was very comfy and relaxing. The treatment took just over an hour in total and it seemed to be of good quality. I would recommend going there if you have a bit of time to spare and want to feel pampered.
