Got my eyebrows tinted and waxed - the beautician waxed a centimetre off the front end of one eyebrow (making the space in between my eyes much larger) and shortened both of them. Will be going elsewhere when they grow back in which is hopefully soon. Tint was fine though.

The colour was great - however there was disorganization leading up to the appointment - was cancelled on initially hours before prior to a media-covered event I had (couldn't book anywhere last minute) and a follow up message about rebooking the appointment was responded to days later.
My head was repeatedly burned during washing despite repeated requests to turn down the water temperature. The serum at the end wasn't evenly distributed leading to hairs sticking together and days later I found dried conditioner in my roots.
The young girls were friendly enough and this is a pretty salon however I struggle to see how the establishment garners a 4.8 rating.
