I had the best experience at image londone, staff really nice to talk to and kind and really good customer service. loved my treatment made me really calm and relaxed, couldn’t of ask for a better result. Strongly recommend this salon, first time going there and many more to go😁!

I came for Brazilian blow dry.
I will start with the positive thing : the staff was very friendly and I really appreciated the coffee.
Then I had my shampoo. This was the worst experience I ever had. It’s usually the relaxing part. But here, the girl was hurting me so much when trying to wash my hair (and I’m not a sensitive person)
Then regarding the blow dry. I’ve been doing it for more than 10 years in other salons... and it’s the first I’m going out with almost no change/ no difference before and after.
So I’m not recommending this. For sure
And I never send bad reviews. Even when I’m not happy. So if I’m doing it now it’s because I was really disappointed even though the staff was nice.
