Erica was lovely but the nails are not good quality, patchy and on the sides. I emailed for a refund and never got a response.
Additionally, there’s an awful man in the salon who I’ve had the misfortune of coming across twice now and he always looks angry and unwelcoming. Perhaps some customer etiquette lessons?
