Normally I don’t write reviews but I thought it was important to address my experience. I arrived 10mins before my appointment on New Year’s Eve for a wash and blow dry appointment. I was greeted by a woman in socks who told me she wouldn’t be long. I was left alone for over 40mins in the salon which was freezing cold whilst she attended to another client. Dara who carried out my appointment came out around 2.10pm, no apology was really given, no drink was offered although it was clearly mentioned on a sign regarding what drinks were available. Once seen, my appointment took over an hour even though it states 30mins the blow dry was nice however the time it took and the wait before ruined my whole experience. I was left alone by myself for so long and the hairdressers was extremely cold I even asked Dara to turn the heating on. I’m not sure if I picked the wrong day but I expected an apology at the least or an estimation of how long it would be. I would have liked a discount offered for my inconvience as I don’t live in London so everything including transport was delayed that day which then float me more money.
