I had a really lovely experience with Anna at Image London.
I came in for a very overdue cut and blow dry. Anna really listened to what I wanted, and gave me loads of options. I ended up very happy with my cut!
The salon is really clean, with a nice relaxing atmosphere. All the staff wore face shields, and it felt very Covid secure.
I immediately booked again, which says it all.

I have gone for many Brazilians over the years and unfortunately while they use the Brazilian products, the stylist had no idea how to apply it. They washed the Brazilian out of my hair before using the straightener and hairdryer. Anyone who has gone for a proper Brazilian before will tell you that using the straightener on the hair needs to happen while the product is on the hair. The Brazilian that image did has lasted 4 days when it should have lasted at least 2 months.

I have had Brazilian blowdrys for years and understand there are many different types of this treatment on the market. However, it is only two weeks after I had my treatment and I am back to where I started. Any smoothing effects have already worn off and it takes me just as long to style in the morning. I had treated myself as I have a 3 month old baby so needed the extra time in the mornings but I would not come here again for this treatment, the product they use is a waste of time!

Good massage with medium firmness or pressure but nice as wanted a relaxing experience. As I often find with massage tables, became a bit uncomfortable and gave me a headache towards the end of the time.
