Horrendous, terrible haircut not what I asked for, and the hair treatment has ruined my hair. I'm mortified. I called to ask if there's anyway to reverse the damage and all they could suggest was that I come back for them to do it again and for longer?!! I want a refund so that I can go and get that second haircut they told me I'd need. Yep you heard right, they had so little confidence that they'd do it right that they told me I shouldn't have it cut how I wanted it so that I could get it recut

I’ve used imagine London for some time now and I’ve always used Akvile and she’s always make me feel so comfortable in the salon. She speakers to me throughout my wax to help calm my nerves. She is honestly 10/10
