I was booked to get my hair cut with Joao but given the backlog of appointments Joao was running behind, so his colleague Melinda stepped in to do my haircut, no big deal! She was super friendly and attentive and gave me a fantastic haircut that's super easy to style and was just what I wanted! The salon itself was cosy and they were doing their upmost to be safe and clean, spraying down each chair between clients and washing/santizing their hands between clients.

Another amazing experience at Image Bermondsey. Started with a Pedicure by Amy which was unbelievable, Amy has a amazing range of colours too. Melinda was reassuring with my change of hair colour and cut. Amazing service!! All staff adhere by government guidelines which made my treatments so relaxing.
