This is a hard review to leave. The treatment time according to treatwell was 1 hour. This was unrealistic. Treatwell needs to rectify this. It took 6 hours. I left the salon without the full treatment I paid for. My hair wash left me drenched which the stylist said is unavoidable for some people- (assistant just needs training). My hair was aggressively brushed wet and rough dried. I had to go home and finish my frizzy hair! Left with 90's highlight not balyage. Not heard back as promised :(
