The beautician listened to me well and did what I asked. The only improvement would be to offer threading on top of the waxing as (at least for me) it gets it even more tidy.

I had balayage done at image London.
My original appointment was cancelled last minute on the morning of which was a shame, but they made an effort to accommodate me quickly when rescheduling.
Salon was nice, service was fantastic, staff are so lovely and my hair looks great, not quite as blonde as I had hoped but I’m very dark and it’s a work in progress. Would recommend this salon :)
