The salon was clean and cozy, staff was friendly, however they did not even attempt to clearly explain the effects of the treatment, did not provide any after treatment products (which is standard practice when it comes to these type of treatments) and to top it all, my hear went back to being exactly the same and I cannot notice any difference whatsoever
