Came to get a bob haircut, got lob instead even if I said I don’t mind if it’s short. Also she didn’t touch my ends at all and my hair looked like someone tied it in ponytail and chopped it off with scissors… Whole appointment not even one word, just weird vibe which made me leave place asap and won’t be going back. Definitely overpriced for what you get. Place looks clean though, maybe I just made poor choice of hairstylists.

Really professional experience, checked with me every step of the way if I was happy with length/cut. Went conservative at the start rather than chopping straight off which I loved in case they cut off too much. So kind, will be back!!
