I read amazing reviews about Lily for my haircut and she was lovely and overall professional. However, I have issues with the results of the haircut and treatment. I had the Olaplex treatment as my hair has been badly damaged. After the treatment, they used purple shampoo for blondes, causing parts of my hair to turn a gray/purple colour. I had to point this out when Lily was blow drying my hair as it was deep purple. She washed my hair again, but I still have parts that's are bright gray! I had to ask if it would wash out and what was happening when I feel I should have been told about this and reassured how to fix it (or they could've offered to fix it). Also, I think they should have pre-empted that the purple shampoo would do this after the Olaplex treatment and the condition my hair was in. I really like Lily, but I feel really disappointed. You go to the hairdresser to feel more confident and I don't feel that way after this visit.

Visited Salon for highlights and blow dry. Dora listened to what I wanted to have done and done a fantastic job with low and highlights. Bouncy blow dry topped it off. left feeling amazing. Thanks Image. definitely going back.
