Firstly- have to say I’m really pleased with my hair cut. But I had to wait an hour to be seen for my pre-booked appointment and was initially told 30 mins- which I was already pretty unimpressed with. I left the salon for 10 mins and once I returned, I wasn’t updated once about my new time and wasn’t offered any refreshments during my wait. After waiting 50 mins I had to ask what a realistic time frame was, as I had plans later in the evening. Such a shame because I really like my hair cut but just really poor customer service, no one should have to wait an hour for a pre booked appointment.

All in all, a nice experience, it's relaxed and friendly. I needed some remedial work, a previous haircut(not at this salon) was poor with an uneven finish. It looked much neater and felt softer. I'm pleased with highlights.
Apart from hairdressing, there are other services available, head to toe cosmetic. treatments.
I would recommend this salon.
