I had a spray tan and was really pleased with the result. I wanted a natural looking tan and people commented that they couldn't tell it was fake! The lady doing the spray tan made me feel welcome and I will definitely visit Image London again.

The colour to my hair was completed to a good standard as well as the cut. However, there’s some customer service issues. The stylist was quite rough when washing and brushing my hair and also was late to start my appointment, there were times, she would go out to the back of the salon and goasip to one of the beauty colleagues, which was slightly unprofessional. A 30 minute wait to wash the colour from my hair turned in to 40 because of this. I did not enjoy the hair wash, I felt like my hair was being pulled at different angles. It was not relaxing at all. She was not very gentle when handling my hair and it felt like, I was more of a hair dolls. I also was expecting for my hair to be either styled or a bouncy blow dry, like the finishing posts they post on instagram. This wasn’t the case at all and my hair was left flat and limp looking. Overall, the colour was good, but I wasn’t impressed with the atmosphere of the place, so i doubt I would return.
