Very friendly although i asked for an inch or so off, and in my usual salon, they show how much they are about to take off before the first snip. But first time at Image, I was shocked at how much was taken off. I felt the first snip and it was much higher than expected. I didn’t complain (the hairs gone, it’s not like it can be fixed) but i couldn’t believe it. My very long hair was now shoulder length. The salon itself isn’t too welcoming and the images on Treatwell are of a different salon
