Nesha was nice but she spent the whole time saying about how she hadn’t had a break all day or even go to the bathroom (it was 3pm) whoever is managing this shop needs to look after their staff more. The appointment was rushed because of this. I picked a colour, after one coat it was 100% not the same as the swatch I said this and was promised a second coat would be fine, after the second coat it was not the same and I was told well it’s too late now not enough time. They were wonky and rushed.
