The manicure itself was done well and the technician was kind and attentive. However, the colour did not match the shade on the card — it appeared noticeably lighter when applied. I flagged this early on and was reassured it would deepen, but it didn’t. A third coat was applied with a darker shade, which improved it slightly but resulted in a thicker, less refined finish than expected and not quite the intended look.
