Not sure if I am unlucky with salon waiting times, but here I chose an "express" nail removal and even though I came in for my allocated time of 5pm, I waited for around 10 mins before someone started doing my nails. This would be absolutely fine IF I did not walk out the salon over an hour later... the staff kept changing, talking to each other, and did not communicate who would be doing my nails. At one point they switched and did not cut my nails in the same manner! A pleasant venue but...
