Iluvo is normally my go to for BIAB, Lash lift and Tint, Eyebrows etc for years and always recommended them. Recently noticed a real change. No communication that they were running 50 minutes late. Started the appointment at 17:50 when it was meant to be 17:00. Left at 18:30. Really rushed BIAB infill, third round of infills and they were cut so short and uneven. Wasted not only this appointment but 3 months worth of growth. Some nails are obviously different lengths. Just really disappointing.

Loved Iluvo for a number of years. Was always my go to place for BIAB, Lash Tint and Lift the works. Work was always excellent and last ages. The last two times my appointments have been 45 minutes late. No excuse. No call to delay. Complete disregard for people’s time. I had an appointment for 17:00 and it only began at 17:45 for an hour appointment.
