My mani-pedi at Iluvo was decent but not remarkable. The service was okay, but I felt the experience could have been better. It wasn’t a bad time, but I wouldn’t say it stood out either. There’s room for improvement.

Last time, I got an unsatisfied nail because my nails peeled off in two days. But I wanted to try here one more time as a last chance. I had a good experience and was satisfied with Grace who is a different staff this time, although I didn’t mention her the last experience. I am willing to visit again :)
