Disappointed slightly that I booked with Anel however she was not in and I got another lady.
My nails we filed very short which included the ends of my fingers at some points! She was trying to be gentle but not great and they are not even.
She said she would need to put a treatment on them this time to help replenish the nail which was fine. She also said she would recommend getting a course of treatment for my nails.
We struggled to find a nude tone but settled for a pale grey in the end which looks very nice.
We went upstairs and she went to the till, I had paid via the app so reminded her of this. She said ok but you need to pay £10 for the 'treatment' undercoat she had done. This was a surprise as she had not mentioned it would be an additional charge just said I needed to have it. If she had asked and informed me it was extra I would have considered it but it should be clear. I paid the £10 of course and did not discuss further, I thanked her and left.
I would go back again but to someone else probably only out of convenience. My cuticles were not very tidy and the finish not as expected. I would have also liked to have the option to have silk added for any low splits which is what my previous nail technician would offer.
