I booked in for a balyage, toner, cut and blow dry. I have never had a balyage before so Ilda gave advice on how to proceed to get the best results. It was a 4hr, in this time I was made to feel welcome, chit chat and tea. I am really very pleased with the result, and have had many compliments.
