Therapist sent a text to say she already had a client booked in and would I move from 2.30pm to 4.30pm. I agreed, she replied I had taken too long and someone else had got that apt. Said I could get an apt the next day, I asked for 1pm, but no reply. Booked on Treatwell for 1.15. She sent a text saying 2pm instead. I informed her I had a date at 5pm, she took so long I left at 5.20pm.
My time was not valued in any way, and she marked me as not attending both days. Very disappointing.
