Natalie was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. She explained every step of the way, the products being used and the benefits. My skin was feeling so dull after months of being stuck inside my city centre flat and I could see a difference immediately. Not only that but after around 5 days I could see even more of an improvement and lovely glow with clear skin. I was worried that my skin would feel dry but it didn’t and I was sent aftercare tips to follow. Definitely going back again.

Natalie was amazing. So thorough and attentive really personalised the treatment to individual needs. Communication was fantastic and results still strong a week later. Will be definitely returning for that treatment and more. Can’t recommend enough.

This was my first facial, but was something I have wanted to do for a long time, it was definitely worth it. My skin already looks and feels so much better and I can’t wait to go again.
